I had my son in June 2018 and to be honest, I actually felt more nervous working out again postpartum then I did during my entire pregnancy. When I got the clearance to workout, I felt good but wondered if my core and pelvic floor were ready to resume exercise. As I recovered slowly from a C-Section (my son was breech), I spent months doing extensive research to make sure I was easing back into my fitness safely and effectively.

FAQs:
“What equipment do I need?”
All you need is a set or two of dumbbells. I usually say two sets (one lighter for arm and one med/heavier for legs and back) but if you only have one set, we can make it work!
“How are the workouts set up and how long is each workout?”
Each workout is 45 minutes and they are total body cardio/strength training workouts. It’s a fun, challenging workout with options to scale up or down as needed based on your fitness level!
“I haven’t worked out regularly before. Is this program okay for me to begin?”
Definitely. I show you ways to scale things up or back depending on your level and you can always rest whenever you need to or opt out of using weights!
“How long is this program?”
This is a 12 week training program to start. After 12 weeks you can continue monthly or end if you’d like.
“What if I have to miss a workout?”
Everything will be recorded so if you can’t make it to a workout you can always go back and access it later!
