FAQs:
“What equipment do I need?”
You’ll need a stability ball and a set of dumbbells. I usually say two sets (one lighter for arm and one med/heavier for legs and back) but if you only have one set, we can make it work!
“How are the workouts set up and how long is each workout?”
Each workout is about 30-40 minutes and they are total body strength training workouts. We start with safe core activations to repair and rebuild your core, then we move into a total body workout focusing on postural changes and any muscle imbalances that occurred during pregnancy! We will incorporate some cardio movements and you always have the option to keep them low impact if you’d like.
“I haven’t worked out regularly before. Is this program okay for me to begin?”
Definitely. I show you ways to scale things up or back depending on your level and you can always rest whenever you need to or opt out of using weights!
“When is the Live Coaching Call? What if I can’t make it?”
The Live coaching call will be Thursday Dec 3rd at 1 pm. If you can't make it live, this will be recorded! If you can make it live, come ready with any questions you have and topics you’ like to learn more about!
