Once you’re accepted, here’s what’s inside…
We will meet three times per week for live virtual workouts. Over the course of 12 weeks we will also meet with pre and postnatal specialists such as physical therapists, dietitians, doulas, mental health therapists and more. These workouts and guest speakers will help prepare you for a strong pregnancy, labor and quick recovery. Everything is recorded and saved incase you are unable to meet live for any of these sessions.
You will have access to our exclusive facebook group where we will hang out and communicate daily. I will share new recipes, tips, tricks, motivation, mini trainings and more. I'll check in frequently and hold you accountable to the goals you've set for yourself. You also have access to reach out to me directly for anything you need.
You will recieve lifetime access to TON of great content. From weekly workout homework, to recipes and how-to guides, you will be fully equipped to handle everything thrown your way.

“What equipment do I need?”
Ideally I’d love for you to have a stability ball and a set of dumbbells. I usually say two sets (one lighter for arm and one med/heavier for legs and back) but I know with the current pandemic it’s been difficult to get our hands on equipment, so if you have any other equipment or if you only have one set, we can make it work!
“How are the workouts set up and how long is each workout?”
Each workout is 45 minutes and they are total body strength training workouts. We start with safe core activations to keep your core strong and intact. Then we move into total body workout focusing on postural changes and preparing you to be strong for labor and motherhood! We will incorporate some cardio movements and you always have the option to keep them low impact if you’d like.
“I haven’t worked out regularly before. Is this program okay for me to begin?”
Definitely. I show you ways to scale things up or back depending on your level and you can always rest whenever you need to or opt out of using weights!
Is this a 1:1 or group program?
This program is a hybrid approach to 1:1 and small group training. Each member receives 1:1 check-ins and support. The live workouts are in a small group setting.
“How long is this program?”
This is a 12 week training program
“What if I want to continue after 12 weeks?
If you want to continue after the 12 weeks you can stay in the program at a discounted rate
“What if I have to miss a workout or guest calls?”
Everything will be recorded so if you can’t make it to a call or a workout you can always go back and access it later!
