They are fun, diverse and modifiable for your exact needs day to day. The workouts range from 30-45 minutes, you can move at your own pace, in the privacy of your own home.
Equipment needed: Stability ball and set of dumbbells (I recommend 1 lighter set and 1 med/heavier set)
Expert Nutrition Coaching for Pregnancy
You'll get a prenatal YFM Nutrition Guide- that includes a complete list of all the nutrients your growing baby needs, explanation of foods you shouldn’t have & why, easy & delicious recipes/menu items!
The recipes will help you navigate food aversions, nausea and common prenatal symptoms!
Remember: You can't out train a bad diet. Nutrition during pregnancy is wildly important!
